# There are extremely high trading costs on a number of sales transactions

You trade via Binance and have indicated there that the transaction costs may be settled in BNB (you will then receive an extra discount on the transaction costs at Binance).

Binance only settles in BNB if there is sufficient balance on your BNB account.

However, if Binance does that, it will not inform BBT that the payment has been made in BNB. Our software receives a number of charged crypto coins as transaction costs and thinks that this is the crypto that has been traded.

If this has to be BNB, the software will calculate with the wrong number and you will see absurdly high or absurdly low transaction costs.

We are working with Binance on a solution to this problem.

The costs actually charged are good. The amount in the trader is only a projection.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.bitbrokertrade.com/english/untitled/error-messages/there-are-extremely-high-trading-costs-on-a-number-of-sales-transactions.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
